2024 Registration is open!

Making a return is the option for Summer Practice Only (TU/TH/SUN for the month of August). This option is intended for those runners looking to prep for Middle School XC season or just looking to get fit for the summer.

To be fully registered, please complete all of the steps below:

• Register online with the Parsippany Recreation Department. A $10.00 registration fee will be required: Town Registration Here

• Complete 2024 Parsippany Express Cross Country registration: Team Reg. Form

• Provide a check payable to Parsippany Express Cross Country (Zelle Payments accepted upon request) for:

Option 1: 

$50/runner 

(summer practice only)

Option 2: 

$75/runner  

(no uniform. For prior members who have a uniform that fits for the season)

Option 3: 

$125/runner 

(new uniform for new members and those who require a uniform that will fit for the season)

All participants require a uniform to participate in the Lakeland Weekly Meets.

Registration will close when the max number is reached (100) or by August 31st
