Practices begin 8/4/2026 @ 7pm

August Only: Optional Sunday Practice @ 9am

Meets begin in September and are on Sunday Mornings.

Making a return is the option for Summer Practice Only (TU/TH/SUN for the month of August). This option is intended for those runners looking to prep for Middle School XC season or just looking to get fit for the summer.

To be fully registered, please complete all four (4) of the steps below:

1. Register online with the Parsippany Recreation Department.   A $10.00 registration fee will be required.

2. Complete 2026 Parsippany Express Cross Country registration form:

3. Zelle ("parsippanyexpresscrosscountry@gmail.com") or send a check payable to Parsippany Express Cross Country for:

Option 1: 

$50/runner 

summer practice only - no uniform, no meets

Not available after 8/14/26

Option 2: 

$75/runner  

full season, NO uniform. 

For prior members who have a uniform that fits for the season

Option 3:  

$125/runner 

Full season, new uniform. 

For new members and those who require a new uniform that will fit for the season. 

Includes: Tech T-shirt, Tech Tank (new this year!), and Tech Long sleeved shirt.
