2025 Registration Now Open

Practices begin 8/5/2025

Making a return is the option for Summer Practice Only (TU/TH/SUN for the month of August). This option is intended for those runners looking to prep for Middle School XC season or just looking to get fit for the summer.

To be fully registered, please complete all of the steps below:

• Register online with the Parsippany Recreation Department.   A $10.00 registration fee will be required. Click Here to sign up with the town. 

• Complete 2025 Parsippany Express Cross Country registration form: https://forms.gle/Jk8oUU54MtFyKo8a9

• Zelle payment to parsippanyexpresscrosscountry@gmail.com or send a check payable to Parsippany Express Cross Country for:

Option 1: 

$50/runner 

(summer practice only - no uniform, no meets)

Option 2: 

$75/runner  

(full season, NO uniform. For prior members who have a uniform that fits for the season)

Option 3: 

$125/runner 

(full season, new uniform. For new members and those who require a new uniform that will fit for the season)

Registration will close when the max number is reached (100) or by August 4th
