Starting in September, children will participate in 6 regular season Lakeland League meets for Parsippany Express, followed by a league championship meet and optional state meet (more info later in the season).
Athletes will compete in one of four age groups based on their age as of 12/31/2025. Age groups include: 6-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14 year olds. Rac schedule and updates will be provided via the TeamSnap App which can be downloaded here: Download TeamSnap Android & iOS Apps | TeamSnap

What Happens
Arrive early; Check in with a coach to get your bib; Coaches will lead warmup, Run race, and perform cooldown (light jog followed by some static stretches).
What to Bring/Wear
Wear shorts and uniform top with running shoes; add layers when cooler; bring drink
