2023 Race Schedule

Starting in September, children will participate in 5 regular season Lakeland League meets for Parsippany Express. This includes an invitational meet in week four (teams outside the league run), a post season prep meet in week seven and a championship in week eight. They will compete in one of four age groups based on their age as of 12/31/2023. Age groups include: 6-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14 year olds. Race schedule will be posted on TeamSnap as well.

What Happens

Arrive early; Check in with a coach to get your bib; Coaches will lead warmup, Run race, Do cooldown.

What to Bring/Wear

Wear shorts and uniform top with running shoes; add layers when cooler; bring drink
