2024 Race Schedule
Starting in September, children will participate Lakeland League meets for Parsippany Express. They will compete in one of four age groups based on their age as of 12/31/2024. Age groups include: 6-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14 year olds.
Meets are held Sunday mornings with each age group going at its own time, starting with the 6-8 y.o.s first.

What Happens
Arrive early; Check in with a coach to get your bib; Coaches will lead warmup, Run race, Do cooldown.

Wear shorts and uniform top with running shoes; add layers when cooler; bring drink
