Parsippany Express Cross Country

Registration for the 2026 Season is now closed. Check back beginning of July 2027 for next season. 

If your child attends middle school, they may still have an opportunity to participate in school cross country program. Please see you home-school for more information. 

Parsippany Express is a cross country program for children ages 6 to 14 as of 12/31/2026 who live in Parsippany, NJ.

We practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings from August through November at various parks and facilities in Parsippany. Meets are on Sunday mornings beginning in September. Optional Sunday practices in August.
